Dear MIoF,

Thank you for your creative endevors. You all inspire me, every one. Thank you for being exactly what you have chosen, without remorse. Thank you for being the artists that you are. Thank you for your art. Thank you for your voices and eyes, and
laughs. Thank you for your friendships, and future friendships. I wish that all the world could understand just how beautiful this community of artists is, I wish they could experience this life. Maybe the world would be a little brighter if we put down our .guns. and .knives. and .fists. and armed ourselves with .instruments. and .cameras. and .pens. and .paint brushes. and .sewing machines. and .clay., and .stone. Maybe I'm being naive in my optimism, maybe I'm just a dreamer. Maybe I've romanticized the idea for too long.

Keep being exactly who you are, and doing what you love.
When you feel like what you do doesn't matter, remember this letter of simple gratitude. Remeber that someone out there values you, values your heart and mind and creative genius.

Please continue to create, the world needs it.

Hey. I'm never gonna forget this. I agree with you completely and want to say thanks, too. Thanks for putting this on the blog, cause now it's part of MIoF, too. Whoever you are, you have always been a part of My Idea of Fun. Love you all!

Sometimes I don't feel part of it at all, eventhough I'd really like to. I think there are many reasons for this...

well, hopefully one of your reasons isn't our fault, you know? Like hopefully we're not being elitist or whatever. I get so wrapped up in it all sometimes that i just talk and talk and talk and do and do and do and don't come across as inviting as i'm trying to be. So, hopefully your reasons aren't anyone's fault. not even your own. you'll figger it out.
